INUSpherese® - Blood dialysis near Vienna
HOW DOES INUSpherese® THERAPY WORK
The INUSpherese® blood dialysis is performed in our practices or therapy center and lasts approximately 2-3 hours.
During the treatment, the patient lies in a comfortable recliner chair, where two venous accesses are inserted and connected to the blood purification system via tubes. Throughout the entire treatment, the patient is continuously monitored using monitoring technologies (ECG, blood pressure, oxygen saturation), and trained staff closely monitor the progress.
A drain port is placed on one arm and a blood inlet port is placed on the other. During the treatment, the blood passes through a highly specialized filter system known as double-membrane filtration plasmapheresis.
Step 1:
Plasma is separated from blood cells.
The first filter separates the fluid (blood plasma) from the blood cells.
Step 2:
Plasma cleaning through the 2nd filter.
The second filter cleans the blood plasma of harmful substances, with the filter being adjusted according to the individual needs of the patient to remove the harmful substances.
Step 3:
return of blood.
The purified blood is returned to the bloodstream.
The filtered material (eluate) is sent to a laboratory for analysis to identify the exact pollutants in the blood, which in turn serves as the basis for further therapies.
In addition, the patient receives individually tailored orthomolecular therapy consisting of vitamins, minerals and substances that promote detoxification.
An electrolyte solution is infused to maintain optimal fluid flow. It is recommended that patients drink and eat plenty of fluids before treatment.
Important NOTE:
Patients who have not previously undergone any treatment must have a preliminary consultation. A consent form is also required, which should be signed at least 24 hours before the start of therapy.

Every INUSpherese® treatment we offer is a premium INUSpherese®. Even during the blood purification process, the body is supported with restorative substances such as minerals, vitamins, amino acids, detoxifying substances, and other substances from orthomolecular medicine.
These building blocks are included in the price of INUSpherese® and no extra costs are charged for them.
The cost of INUSpherese® is largely due to the high-quality filters used for blood purification, which remove various toxins from the blood. These filters, of this quality, are unique and only available in this form.
Unfortunately, these costs are rarely covered by health insurance. With private health insurance, the costs can usually be submitted for reimbursement.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD AN INUSpherese® BLOOD WASH BE PERFORMED?
For initial treatments, we ideally recommend two INUSpherese® therapy sessions within 3 days. The first treatment takes place on the first day, followed by a one-day break, before the second session on the third day.
The subsequent therapy sessions and the total number required vary individually depending on the patient and their specific condition.
